COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course takes participants through the
various considerations involved in creating capabilities for their new
business. This includes, not just the practical aspects finding new staff, it
also involves learning effective leadership techniques, concluding fruitful
business partnerships, and finding benevolent mentors and advisors to provide
assistance and guidance where in-house knowledge is not present.

Participants who meet the course requirements will receive a Certificate of Achievement issued in electronic format.
